All students are required to take all the two (2) core courses, namely Leadership and Accountability, and Ethics.

The course will focus on the development of leadership. Learners will be exposed to examples of leadership in action and be given opportunities to apply the theoretical aspects of the training to case studies from African countries and beyond.
