1. “Hello colleagues, I am unable to launch the YALI LMS platform”
– Try using a laptop/ desktop for the initial LMS launch
– Use different/ switch browsers
2. “My login credentials are not working”
– Do not TYPE in the credentials. COPY and PASTE from the email sent
3. “I cannot locate the modules”
– There will be a platform tutorial on this
4. “I need help. My status does not show “COMPLETED” though I have my activities boxes marked DONE/ CHECKED”
– It takes the platform a while to upload/ review its activities
– If this should take a longer period you may contact the technical team
5. “How do I know if I have completed an activity/ course?”
– You will have the boxes against the activities checked
6. “How/ where do I join the live sessions?”
– There will be a platform navigation tutorial
7. “I have not received emails on my credentials/ activity updates/ instructions….”
– Check your SPAM/ PROMOTION
