Barbara has worked predominantly in the youth space all her life.  She is positive minded and passionate about youth development.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.  She also holds a First Degree in Management Studies from the Central University, and in addition, a Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies (HND) from the Kumasi Technical University.

Barbara has close to 10 years of experience in administrative management in strengthening operations of the RLC and is currently the Recruitment Manager of the Center.  Prior to this, due to her flexibility and adaptability, she took on several extra duties outside of her roles as Administrator of the Center. She acted in the leadership role for the Curriculum and Content, Recruitment and Corporate Affairs Units of the Center.

Prior to this, she worked at the Central University for 15 years and was a pillar in providing educational administration.
