Civic Leadership
The Civic Leadership track strengthens the capacity of young African leaders to be effective agents of change in their communities and beyond. The track provides participants with the tools and skills to start, build and sustain civil society organizations. It culminates in a pitch presentation in which participants present a civil society organization idea based on the Social Business Model Canvas.
Purpose of the track
This track is intended to build the capacity of young African leaders to create, lead, and grow a civil society organization or a social enterprise. The track is designed further to enhance the capacity of participants to mobilize and engage their communities for sustainable development.
