Patrick is the IT Manager at the YALI Accra RLC. His expertise lies in implementing and maintaining cutting-edge technologies, optimizing IT infrastructure, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
He’s worked with several organizations including Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, TIGO Ghana (now AirtelTigo), Westminster Drug Project (WDP), Eclipse Energy Group AS (acquired by Platts S&P Global), Harrods Limited and BrightSolid Limited, UK.
Patrick provides consultancy services to high profile organizations and has led the implementation of software systems in different industry sectors including Education, Energy, Banking, IT and Telecoms; notable among them are the Bank of Ghana and Energy Commission.
He’s managed the implementation of several software projects including:
- A web-based application management platform for the Scaling-Up Renewable Energy Program (SREP), a net metering mechanism designed to supplement consumers purchase of electricity with grid-connected renewable energy self-generation using a special meter called, the Net Meter.
- An e-Portfolio App (accessed via iOS, Android, and web app) for monitoring and evaluating medical doctor’s in specialist training in Ghana.
- A unified Interactive voice response (IVR) service for telco subscribers to access services in different languages (English, Twi & Ga) via a USSD short code.
- Library management systems, journal systems and digital repositories for about 40 tertiary institutions in Ghana.
- Automation of academic & administrative operations of tertiary institutions, with learning management systems and integration of payment gateway.
Patrick holds MSc in Business Information Systems Management from Middlesex University, London and BA in Information Studies from the University of Ghana.
