Terence Kwabena Darko is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager at the YALI Accra RLC.
He is in charge of providing the technical support for the successful design, monitoring, and reporting on Center’s performance framework.
Prior to joining the YALI Accra RLC, Terence was a Senior Research Manager/Consulting Manager at Associates For Change responsible for the firm’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning and Adaptive Management assignments.
He has established effective results-based M&E systems and developed consolidated databases for field surveys and research studies, while also leading evaluation assessments on donor-funded projects e.g., GIZ, IDRC and the private sector.
Terence holds a Master of Arts Degree in Social Policy Studies from the University of Ghana and professional certifications in Project Management and Information Systems in International development, Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Impact Assessments and Evaluation.
He is passionate about youth development and programming, and how the Africa youth can contribute to the attainment of some SDGs goals in their local communities.
He also has a good understanding of the social development space in the West Africa sub-region.
