The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) intends to apply part of its revenue under the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), the Accra Regional Leadership Center (RLC) and USAID/West Africa, require an external performance evaluation of the effectiveness and sustainability of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) program for the implementation period between January 2024 to April 2025. The focus of this evaluation will enhance youth development in Africa as well as advance USAID priorities on inclusive and locally-led development.
Scope of Service: The selected Firm will provide the following services:
- Will undertake data collection virtually in five (5) sampled countries.
- Will evaluate the implementation of the YALI program for the period January 2024 to April 2025.
- Will undertake a performance evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess effectiveness and sustainability of the YALI program
- Provide recommendations on how RLC and USAID/West Africa can effectively integrate insights and findings into its programming and achieve its development objectives until its transition into YALI Africa vision
GIMPA/YALI RLC, Accra now invites eligible Consulting Firms with significant expertise to indicate their interest in providing the needed services. Interested consulting firms should provide information and verifiable evidence demonstrating that they have the required qualification and relevant experience to perform the services.
Shortlisting Criteria: – the shortlisting criteria are;
- Company Profile
- Past experience and performance of similar assignment
- Financial Ability
- Experience and availability of required skills/staff on similar assignment
- Specific experience of Firms
- Any other relevant documentation (a one (1) pager CV of each of the three (3) key experts for the assignment. The Team Lead should be an International Expert, and one team member should be an Expert from Francophone West Africa).
