Gabriel Tetteh Kwabla is an Accounting professional with expertise in Basic Accounting, Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Cost and Management Accounting. Gabriel joined the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in 2003 as a Finance staff. Over the past 16 years, he has worked on the GIMPA CIPD project, different international student projects, and is currently the Finance and Administration Manager at the YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa – Accra. Gabriel is a Chartered Accountant (ICA-Ghana Member), holds an MBA in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Education Degree in Accounting (2003) from the University of Education, Winneba.

Mrs. Barbara Mends

Recruitment Manager

 

Profile

Barbara has worked predominantly in the youth space.  She is positive minded and passionate about youth development.   She holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.  She also holds a First Degree in Management Studies from the Central University, and in addition, a Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship and Management Studies (HND) from the Kumasi Technical University.  Barbara has over 7 years of experience in administrative management in strengthening operations of the RLC and is currently the Recruitment Manager of the Center.  Due to her flexibility and adaptability, she took on several extra duties outside of her roles as Administrator of the Center.  She acted in the leadership role for the Curriculum and Content, Recruitment and Corporate Affairs Units of the Center.  Prior to this, she worked at the Central University for 15 years and was a pillar in providing educational administration.

Mr. Erasmus Yemofio

Profile

Erasmus is committed to empowering young and marginalized persons to become impactful and decent members of the society. He holds an MPhil in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor’s in Sociology (Industrial) and Human Values. He worked as a training coordinator and administrator at GIMPA. He is an Instructional Designer and a certified Digital Educator (from UNESCO-MGIEP). He is currently a Curriculum and Content personnel at the YALI Regional Leadership Center West Africa, Accra.

Ms. Adjoa Agyemang

Adjoa holds a BA in Philosophy & Law and Society. She also holds a BA in Public Service Studies and an LLB. Adjoa has been involved in career counselling and has taught for 5 years. She currently works with the Curriculum and Content Team at the YALI Regional Leadership Center, Accra.

Mr. Matthew Cornan

Matthew Cornan holds a Masters of Philosophy in Operations Management from University of Ghana, BSc. in Procurement Management and HND Purchasing and Supply. Prior to joining YALI RLC West Africa, he had experience in teaching for a year and also worked in Banking sector for a year. He is currently working as the Administrative Officer in charge of Procurement and Finance at the YALI Regional Leadership Center, West Africa – Accra. He is currently a member of Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) of USA, also member of European Operation Management Association (EuroMA).
